A matchstick model of the International Space Station is on display as a part of Ripley's Believe It or Not! exhibit at Space Center Houston.

Artist Patrick Acton crated this ISS model from 280,000 matchsticks and 8 gallons of glue. It measures 11 by 15 feet, making it about 1/26 of the size of the real ISS. The wooden ISS took him 1,950 hours to create. The matchsticks, laid end to end, would reach 11 kilometers.
